My approach combines Humanist Hypnotherapy, Ericksonian Hypnosis, Polyvagal-informed Nervous System Regulation, NLP, Emotional Release Techniques and Coaching to engage both the mind and the body.

Can hypnosis help anxiety?
Yes. Hypnotherapy can help reduce anxiety by addressing the unconscious patterns and nervous system responses that contribute to it. Rather than simply managing symptoms, our work focuses on helping your body and mind feel safer, more flexible and better able to respond to life’s challenges.
Can hypnosis help trauma?
Hypnosis can be an effective tool within trauma-informed therapy when used appropriately. My approach combines hypnotherapy with nervous system regulation, emotional processing and coaching to help create safety before exploring deeper experiences. Healing is never about forcing memories, but about supporting your nervous system’s natural capacity to recover.
Can hypnosis help chronic pain?
Yes. Chronic pain is influenced by both physical and nervous system factors. Hypnotherapy can help calm the nervous system, reduce pain amplification, improve emotional resilience and help you reconnect with activities that bring meaning and enjoyment.While hypnotherapy is not a cure for fibromyalgia, research suggests it can help reduce pain perception, improve sleep, lower stress levels and enhance quality of life for some individuals. My work integrates hypnotherapy with nervous system regulation and pain education to support a holistic approach to chronic pain.
Will I stay conscious during hypnosis?
Yes. Most people remain fully aware throughout the session. You will still hear my voice, remember the experience and remain in control at all times. Hypnosis is a state of focused attention rather than unconsciousness.
How many sessions will I need?
Every person is different. Some clients notice meaningful changes within just a few sessions, while others choose longer-term support depending on their goals and the complexity of their situation. During our first appointment, we’ll discuss what approach is most appropriate for you.
Does online hypnotherapy work?
Yes. Research and clinical experience suggest that online hypnotherapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for many concerns. All you need is a quiet, comfortable space and a reliable internet connection.
Do I need to believe in hypnosis for it to work?
No. Hypnosis is not about belief or willpower. You do not need to be highly suggestible or “good at hypnosis.” What matters most is your willingness to engage with the process. Many people are surprised by how natural and comfortable the experience feels.

My name is Catherine.
I’m Canadian, living in Málaga, Spain
I’ve worked in the corporate world for 10 years before coming across two quotes that changed my life:
– “It’s up to the broken to protect the innocent.” &
– “Be the adult you needed as a child.”
These two sentences were an eye opener and led me to shifting gears towards becoming a coach and therapist.
Since 2018, I’ve been helping people better their relationships and love life, by first evaluating and improving the relationship they have with themselves.
In 2021, I integrated strategic coaching into my practice (I had to satisfy my logical brain, ah!) and by merging my corporate experience with my coaching skills, I was able to lead 150+ entrepreneurs to success in 2022-2023.
