How many sessions will I need?

Is hypnosis safe?
Yes. Humanistic hypnosis is a gentle and safe approach. You remain conscious and in control at all times. My role is to guide you so that your inner resources can emerge naturally.
Can online sessions be as effective as in person?
Absolutely. With good sound and a quiet space, online hypnosis is just as powerful as face-to-face sessions. Many of my clients around the world experience excellent results this way.
What if I don’t “feel hypnotized”?
That’s a common concern. Hypnosis doesn’t mean “losing control” — it feels more like a deep state of focus or relaxation. Even if you don’t notice it, your subconscious is at work and change happens.
